Ingredients
- 1/2 cup 1% plain yogourt
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh tarragon leaves
- 2 tbsp chopped green onion
- 1 tsp Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
- 2 cups chopped poached chicken or turkey breast
- 1 1/2 cups chopped apple such as Cortland, unpeeled
- 1 cup Sweet Scarlet Seedless Grapes, halved
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
- 6 cups Organic Mixed Baby Greens
- 1/4 cup toasted Walnut Halves, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
1.Blend yogourt, mayonnaise, tarragon, onion, vinegar, salt and pepper until well combined.
2.Add chicken, apple, grapes and celery; toss to coat evenly. Adjust seasonings to taste.
3.Spoon salad over the mixed greens, sprinkle with walnuts then serve.
