Ingredients

  • 1/2

    cup 1% plain yogourt

  • 1/4

    cup light mayonnaise

  • 2

    tbsp chopped fresh tarragon leaves

  • 2

    tbsp chopped green onion

  • 1

    tsp Cider Vinegar

  • 1/4

    tsp each salt and pepper

  • 2

    cups chopped poached chicken or turkey breast

  • 1 1/2

    cups chopped apple such as Cortland, unpeeled

  • 1

    cup Sweet Scarlet Seedless Grapes, halved

  • 1/2

    cup thinly sliced celery

  • 6

    cups Organic Mixed Baby Greens

  • 1/4

    cup toasted Walnut Halves, chopped

Directions

1.Blend yogourt, mayonnaise, tarragon, onion, vinegar, salt and pepper until well combined. 2.Add chicken, apple, grapes and celery; toss to coat evenly. Adjust seasonings to taste. 3.Spoon salad over the mixed greens, sprinkle with walnuts then serve.
