Ingredients
- 2 pound pkg. frozen hash browns (thawed)
- 1/2 cup margarine melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons chopped onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom or chicken
- 2 cups cheddar cheese grated
- 1 1/2 cup sour cream
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all together and top with 1 cup corn flakes and 1/4 c melted margarine.
Bake 50 mins. in 9 x 12 pan at 350 degrees
