  • 1 - 20 OZ CAN DOLE CRUSHED PINEAPPLE
  • 1 CUP GREY POUPON DIJON MUSTARD ( MORE IF YOU LIKE )
  • 8 TBSP BROWN SUGAR
  • 1/2 TSP GROUND CLOVES
  • 1/2 TSP NUTMEG
  • 1/2 TSP ALL SPICE

Preparation

Step 1

PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS INTO A FOOD PROCESSOR AND BLEND THOROUGHLY IT WILL ALMOST TURN INTO A PASTE, THEN PLACE INTO A CROCK POT FOR TWO HOURS ON HIGH ..

ONCE THE TIME IS UP APPLY TO HAM WHILE IT IS COOKING AND LET CARAMELIZE ONTO HAM
