Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives
  • 1/2 cup julienne cut drained oil packed sun dried tomato halves
  • 2 tbs fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp bottled minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Greek seasoning mix (such as McCormicks)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 4 lb boneless turkey breast, trimmed
  • 1/2 fat free less sodium chicken broth, divided
  • 3 tbs flour

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine first 9 ingredients in a slow cooker. Add 1/4 cup chicken broth. Cover and cook on low 7 hours.

2. Combine remaining 1/4 cup broth and flour in small bowl; stir with whisk until smooth. Add broth mix to slow cooker. cove and cook on low for 30 min. Cut turkey into slices.
