Ingredients

  • 4 10ounce packages of chopped frozen spinach
  • 4 cups of Pepperidge Farms herb stuffing
  • 2 large onions (diced)
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 cup of Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups of melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon of Thyme
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
  • salt & pepper

Preparation

Step 1

-Cook spinach and drain
-Mix all ingredients & add spinach
-Chill for 1 hour - HARD
-Roll into balls

-Freeze

-Bake @ 350* for 15 minutes
