Egg & Sausage Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 cups seasoned croutons
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage, cooked & drained
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar, shredded
  • 10 eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • salt & pepper
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 soup cans of milk
  • *Can substitute bacon or ham and add green chilis

Preparation

Step 1

Put croutons on bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Put sasuage on top and then cheese. Blend eggs, 1 3/4 c. milk, dry mustard and salt and pepper. Pour over casserole, cover and refrigerate over night. The next morning combine the soup and milk and pour over top. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
