Ingredients
- 1 Salmon Filet
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper
- 3 Tbs. Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbs. Soy Sauce (low sodium)
- 4 tsp. Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp. Rice Vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Place salmon in a foil-lined pan; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake uncovered at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine brown sugar, soy sauce, mustard and vinegar. Bring to a boil. Brush evenly over salmon. Broil 6 inches from heat for 1-2 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
