Roasted Garlic Dressing

Ingredients

  • 10 Cloves of Garlic
  • Canola Oil
  • 1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Smooth Dijon Mustard
  • 3/4 cup Olive Oil

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Toss the garlic cloves in the canola oil. Place in a piece of foil and seal. Roast in oven for 20-25 minutes or until garlic has softened. Allow to cool.

In a bowl, combine the roasted garlic, balsamic vinegar and dijon mustard. Mash until garlic is pureed. Slowly whisk in olive oil, until dressing is well blended and smooth.
