  • 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 12 oz. bag of frozen peach slices
  • 1 sliced red onion
  • 2 T brown sugar
  • 2 T Tamari or soy sauce
  • 1 T freshly grated ginger
  • 2 t ground coriander

Preparation

Step 1

Slow Cooker: 4-5 hours on HIGH
Serve with: cooked with or brown rice, steamed veggies
