Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 4 LBS Corn Beef
- 8 Peppercorns
- 2 medium Onions sliced
- 2/3 cup Chili Sauce
- 3 TBSP Lemon Juuice
Preparation
Step 1
Place corn beef, onions and peppercorns in pot and cover corn beef with water. Cover and simmer for 3 1/2-4 hours
Remove meat from pot, place on foil-covered broiler pan, fat side up (optional to cut some excess fat off). Cover with sauce and bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Place under broiler for a few minutes until slightly broiled.
