key lime pie

  • 1 9 in pie crust
  • 2 cans (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 c sour cream
  • 3/4 c key lime juice
  • 1 T grated lime zest

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven 350. In medium bowl, combine milk, sour cream, lime juice, and zest. Mix well and pour into pie crust. Bake 8 to 10 min. just untill it bubbles. Do not brown. Garnish with whipped cream and a little grated lime zest.
