Ingredients
- Stew meat
- salt & pepper
- all-purpose flour
- olive oil
- 1 c beef broth
- 8 oz mushrooms (of choice)
- small onion chopped
- 2 tb garlic
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 8 oz sour cream
- 2 tb dijon mustard
Preparation
Step 1
Salt & pepper beef, toss in flour
lightly brown
add chopped onion, shrooms, garlic, meat, broth and thyme to cooker
cook on low 5-6 hours
mix together sour cream & dijon mustard
add to cooker for last 30 min.
serve over wide egg noodles
