Pork chops and potatoes in mushroom sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 can 10 3/4 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup country style dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 6 medium red potatoes, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, halved and thinly sliced
  • 6 boneless pork loin chops

Preparation

Step 1

In a slow cooker, combine the first seven ingredients. Stir in potatoes and onion. Top with pork chops. Cover and cook on low for 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 hours or until pork and potatoes are tender.
