Ingredients
- 3 Pkg. Chicken Ramen Noodles
- 2 (10 oz. each) Chopped Spinach
- 16 oz. Sour Cream
- 16 oz. Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
Preparation
Step 1
Cook spinach and Ramen Noodles separately for 3 minutes; drain. Keep seasoning from noodles (will use later). Keep spinach water on reserve in case the mixture is not moist enough. Mix noodles, spinach, seasoning, butter, sour cream and 1 1/2 cups of the cheese. Spread in greased 9" x 13" baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. After 15 minutes, add remaining cheese on top and finish baking.
