Ingredients
- 1 package (10 oz) frozen mixed vegetables
- 12 oz turkey breast tenderloin, cut into 1/2" strips
- 1 jar (12 oz) turkey or chicken gravy
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
- 1 package (20 oz) store-bought refrigerated mashed potatoes
Preparation
Step 1
1. Place vegetables in 4-quart or larger slow cooker. Top with turkey. Stir gravy and thyme in medium bowl. Pour over turkey.
2. Cover. Cook on low 6 to 7 hours.
3. Turn heat to high. Use spoon to drop mashed potatoes in small mounds on top of turkey mixture. Cover and cook 10 more minutes. Divide among 4 bowls and serve.
