Ingredients
- 1 Pkg. Cranberry-Orange Muffin Mix
- 1 1/2 Cups Zucchini, shredded
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
- 1 tsp. Orange Peel, grated
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8" x 4" loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. Combine muffin mix, zucchini, water, cinnamon and orange peel in large bowl; stir just until blended. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 minutes; remove to wire rack to cool completely.
