Ingredients
- 2 cups diced (1/2") fresh ripe pineapple
- 1/2 cup diced (1/4") red bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
- 2 teaspoons minced peeled fresh ginger
