Ingredients
- 1 lb. Small Red Potatoes, halved
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Onion
- 1/4 Cup Honey Mustard Salad Dressing
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Toss the potatoes with the onion and dressing and spread in an even layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 35-40 minutes, until potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork.
