Blackberry - Basil Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 10 oz seedless blackberry preserves
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 6 basil leaves
  • 1 garlic clove, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil

Preparation

Step 1

Pulse blackberry preserves, red wine vinegar,basil garlic and, salt and pepper.until blended. with blender running, add oil in a slow, steady stream until well blended. Keep in refrigerator.
