Grandma K's Crab Cheese Puffs

Ingredients

  • 1 6 oz can crab meat
  • 1 jar Kraft's old English cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 stick unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Dash of Garlic powder
  • Table grind black pepper to dash
  • Dash of sherry or Marsala wine
  • 1 pkg English muffins ( 6 pack -split= 12 halves

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine all ingredients. Spread on muffin halves. Place muffin halves on a rimmed baking sheet and freeze until hard, about 1 hour. Remove from freezer and cut each muffin half into four pieces and place in freezer bag
2. When ready to serve- place pieces on a foiled lined rimmed baking sheet and broil until brown
