Ingredients
- 2 MEDIUM POTATOES
- 1 1/4 CUP SUGAR
- 1 STICK BUTTER
- 1 1/2 CUPS MILK
- 2 t LEMOR FLAVORING
- 1/2 t NUTMEG
- 2 EGGS
- CINNAMON
Preparation
Step 1
COOK POTATOES AND PEEL OR USE CANNED POTATOES. ADD SUGAR AND ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS AND MIX WELL. BAKE 300 DEGREES IN CASSSEROLE DISH ABUT 45 MINUTES.
MIX 2 CUPS CRUSHED CORN FLAKES, 1/2 C BROWN SUGAR 1/3 STICK BUTTER AND 1/2 CUP CHOPPED PECANS. SPREAD ON TOP OF POTATO MIXTURE AND BAKE FOR 10 TO 15 MORE MINUTES.
