Salmon Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 16 ounces salmon, drained
  • 1/4 cup red bell peppers, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • baked pita chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375. In a large bowl combine cream; cheese and mayonnaise; mix well .
Blend in horseradish, dill weed, worcestershire sauce , .
Stir in salmon , bell pepper, and green onions.
Place mixture in 8 or 9 inch pie plate.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Serve with pita chips or French bread.
