Ingredients
- 8 (4 oz.) halibut steaks
- 1 Tbs. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 Tbs. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 Tbs. parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Rinse steaks thoroughly in cold water; pat dry with paper towels, and place in a shallow baking dish. Brush steaks evenly with mustard.
Combine lemon juice, vinegar, oregano and pepper. Pour over steaks and marinate in refrigerator 1-2 hours.
Combine water and bouillon in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until granules dissolve.
Pour broth over steaks in marinade in the dish. Top steaks with green onions and cheese. Bake 375* for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
