Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 chicken boullion cube
- 4 cups chopped zucchini
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion and butter in saucepan. Add water, boullon, zucchini, garlic powder and salt; mix well. Cook until zucchini is tender. Combine with parsley in blender; process until smooth.
This recipe yields 4 servings; 2 carb grams per serving.
