Ingredients
- 3 (15 OZ.) CANS OF CREAMED CORN
- 2 EGGS
- 1 CUP OF CRUSHED SALTINE CRACKERS
- 1/2 CUP OF MELTED BUTTER
- 1/2 TSP. PAPRIKA
- 1/4 TSP. GROUND BLACK PEPPER
Preparation
Step 1
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350.
GREASE CASSEROLE DISH.
IN A MEDIUM BOWL, COMBINE CREAMED CORK, EGGS, 1/4 CUP OF THE MELTED BUTTER AND 1/2 CUP OF CRUSHED CRACKERS.
POUR MIXTURE IN A CASSEROLE DISH.
IN A SMALL BOWL, MIX THE REMAINING MELTED BUTTER, CRUSHED CRACKERS, PAPRIKA AND PEPPER. SPRINKLE THIS OVER THE CASSEROLE AS A TOPPING. BAKE FOR 30-40 MINS. UNTIL TOPPING IS SLIGHTLY BROWNED.
