  • 3 (15 OZ.) CANS OF CREAMED CORN
  • 2 EGGS
  • 1 CUP OF CRUSHED SALTINE CRACKERS
  • 1/2 CUP OF MELTED BUTTER
  • 1/2 TSP. PAPRIKA
  • 1/4 TSP. GROUND BLACK PEPPER

Step 1

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350.

GREASE CASSEROLE DISH.

IN A MEDIUM BOWL, COMBINE CREAMED CORK, EGGS, 1/4 CUP OF THE MELTED BUTTER AND 1/2 CUP OF CRUSHED CRACKERS.

POUR MIXTURE IN A CASSEROLE DISH.

IN A SMALL BOWL, MIX THE REMAINING MELTED BUTTER, CRUSHED CRACKERS, PAPRIKA AND PEPPER. SPRINKLE THIS OVER THE CASSEROLE AS A TOPPING. BAKE FOR 30-40 MINS. UNTIL TOPPING IS SLIGHTLY BROWNED.
