Beef Stew

Ingredients

  • 1 lb stew meat
  • 1 can French onion soup
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup cooking sherry

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees until bubbling. Then reduce heat to 300 degrees for 3 1/2 hours, covered. Serve over rice.
