Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Honey Maid Graham Crumbs
- 2/3 cup boiling water
- 1 pkg. (10.2 g) Jell-O No Sugar Added Orange Jelly Powder
- 1 cup fat-free cottage cheese
- 1 tub (250 g) Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Spread
- 1-1/3 cups thawed Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping
Preparation
Step 1
SPRINKLE crumbs onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan sprayed with cooking spray.
ADD boiling water to jelly mix; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Cool 5 min.; pour into blender. Add cottage cheese and cream cheese spread; blend well. Pour into large bowl. Gently stir in Cool Whip. Pour into prepared pan; smooth top.
REFRIGERATE 4 hours or until set. Remove rim of pan before serving.
Special Extra Garnish with fresh mint sprigs and thin orange slices before serving.
Special Extra Add 2 tsp. orange zest to blender with cottage cheese and cream cheese spread.
