Ingredients

  • 1 lb full fat ricotta cheese
  • 1 1/2 C 00 flour
  • 1/3 C grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 lg egg
  • olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all. Squeeze through pastry bag, cutting at 1" length into boiling water. Remove AS SOON as they rise to the top.
