Dried Beef Cheese Ball

Linda's Christmas Cheese Ball

Ingredients

• Soften cream cheese
• 1/2 lb. Dried beef , Chopped finely
• Soft Cheddar ( in tub) Cheese...1 tub
• 1/2 lb. grated american cheese
• Worchestershire sauce to taste
• Dried onion flakes or fresh green onions, chopped fine

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients and half of the dried beef.

Shape into a ball...refrigerate until ready to use.

Just before serving, roll the cheese ball in the remaining chopped dried beef.

Serve with assorted crackers.
