Ingredients
- Shrimp, it doesn't matter how many
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 3-4 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning or other spices you prefer
Preparation
Step 1
Put shrimp in the water and turn on the heat. It doesn't matter if the water is hot or cold.
Constantly stir the shrimp. The water may never come to a boil. When one or two shrimp float to the surface, they're done. Drain immediately into an ice bath. Drain well and chill before serving.
