Ingredients
- 4 oz smoked salmon
- 1 oz sour cream
- 1 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp fresh dill weed, chopped (or 1/2 tsp dried dill)
- pinch of salt and white pepper
- 10-12 melba rounds
Preparation
Step 1
1) Combine first 5 ingredients. Spoon onto melba rounds and top with capers.
