Ingredients
- 1 lb turnips and potatoes
- 2 onion
- 6 cloves garlic
- 3 cup wine
- 3 cup beef stock
- 2 tbl tomato paste
- 2 cloves
- 2 bay leaf
- 4 sprig parsley
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 6 tbl flour
- 3 lbs beef
- 6 carrots
Preparation
Step 1
brown beef in flour and salt and pepper
Add ingredients to pot and boil then simmer for 1 hour
add carrots and cook for 20 minutes more
