Beef Stew

Ingredients

  • 1 lb turnips and potatoes
  • 2 onion
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 3 cup wine
  • 3 cup beef stock
  • 2 tbl tomato paste
  • 2 cloves
  • 2 bay leaf
  • 4 sprig parsley
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 6 tbl flour
  • 3 lbs beef
  • 6 carrots

Preparation

Step 1

brown beef in flour and salt and pepper

Add ingredients to pot and boil then simmer for 1 hour

add carrots and cook for 20 minutes more
