Ingredients
- 3/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1-1/4 cup oil
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1-1/2 medium purple onion, sliced int thin rings
- 1 small package mushroom
- spinach leaves
- iceburg lettuce
- romaine lettuce
- (LETTUCE AMOUNT DEPENDING ON HOW MANY PEOPLE)
- 1 cup dry curd cottage cheese
- 1 bag or more extra fancy swiss grated cheese
- 1-1/2 tablespoons poppy seeds
- 2 pounds bacon
Preparation
Step 1
Mix first 5 ingredients well. Add red onion rings and mushrooms and put in a container and let marinate overnight.
Fry bacon.
Rinse and get all the lettuce ready.
Put lettuce in bowl. Add remaining ingredients, crumble bacon on top. Pour onion and mushroom dressing a little at a time, until you think its enough.
Toss and serve.
