Peach BBQ Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 C. store BBQ sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 peaches, peeled, pitted and chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 24 chicken wings
  • 1 C. peach jam
  • 1/4 C. apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. hot sauce

Preparation

Step 1

In food processor, combine bbq sauce and half of garlic. Add peaches and process until finely chopped; season with salt and pepper. Reserve 1/2 C. for basting. In plastic bag, toss together the chicken and remaining sauce; refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine jam, vinegar, hot sauce in saucepan. Cook until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes. Cool.

Grill or bake chicken turning and basting occasionally with sauce, until cooked through. Serve with peach jam sauce.
