- 1 bottle Prosecco
- 2 ounces cherry herring
- 4 ounces peach puree
- 1 cup peaches, diced small and frozen (about 4 peaches)
- 6 fresh peach slices
Preparation
Step 1
In a carafe, combine the Prosecco and peach puree.
Divide the cherry herring along with the frozen peaches between six champagne glasses, and divide the drink between them to top.
Garnish with fresh peach slices.
