Ingredients
- 2 lbs. beef stew meat
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 can condensed mushroom soup
- 1 can condensed cream of onion soup
- 1 6 oz. jar mushrooms, drained
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese, cubed
- 1 8 oz. container sour cream
- 6 c. cooked noodles
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix beef, onion, soups, mushroom, and pepper in a slow cooker.
2. Cover and cook for 8-10 hours.
3. Stir cream cheese into beef mixture until melted. Stir sour cream into beef mixture until melted. Serve over noodles.
