Ham Waldorf Salad

Serve this crispy Waldorf salad as a side or stuff it in half a Pita and call it lunch. Either way it's delicious!

Ingredients
- 3 cups honey ham, chopped
- 1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
- 1 large Gala apple, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 cup toasted walnuts
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons flat leaf parsley, chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
Serve in mini pita halves with fresh arugula and enjoy!
