Carrot Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. carrots
  • 1/2 C. brown sugar
  • 1/4 C. butter
  • 1/4 lb. velveeta cheese
  • 15 Ritz crackers, crushed

Preparation

Step 1

Peel and slice fresh carrots; boil 20 min. Drain well; place in greased casserole. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Melt butter and cheese together; pour over carrots. Top with crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
