Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup finely diced celery
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 1/2 tsps poultry seasoning
- sage
- 2 1/2 quarts bread crumbs or cubes
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in a small skillet or pan. Add onions and celery and cook stirring frequently about 5 minutes.Add seasonings and cook about 3 minutes longer. Add to cubes and toss well.
