Ingredients
- 5-6 potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
- 3/4 cup milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except potatoes until well blended.
Add potatoes, stir well and place in 2 quart casserole dish. Cover and microwave for 10 minutes on high. Stir well and microwave 13 to 15 minutes longer until potatoes are tender.
