Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound blanched Brussels sprouts
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
  • dash of kosher salt
  • pinch of black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat a medium non-stick skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.

2. Add Brussels sprouts and sauté for about 5 minutes until they begin to brown.
