Ingredients
- 12 ounces linguine
- 4 tablespoons sesame oil
- 8 green onions -- chopped
- 5 cloves garlic -- minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger -- minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chili sauce
- 2 cups bean sprouts
- 1 cup shredded carrots
Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta until tender. Drain. Transfer to large bowl and toss with 3
tablespoons of the sesame oil.
Heat remaining tablespoon of sesame oil in large skillet over medium heat.
Add six of the onions, garlic, and ginger. Saute until onions soften,
about two minutes.
Add honey, peanut butter, soy sauce, vinegar, and chili sauce. Stir
together and simmer for one minute. Cool to room temperature.
Pour over pasta and toss. Add sprouts, and carrots and mix well.
Sprinkle with remaining green onions.
