Ingredients
- 1 large sweet potato, peeled and cut into thin rounds
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- pinch of chili powder
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- pinch of cayenne pepper
- salt
- Sour Cream for serving
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven and rimmed baking sheet to 425.
Toss sweet potato rounds with olive oil, cumin, chili powder, brown sugar, cayenne pepper and salt to taste.
Roast for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally until browned and tender. Serve with sour cream.
