Ingredients
- 2-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 15 ounce jar drained artichoke hearts, chopped
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a glass baking dish. Combine the mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese. Place chicken breasts in baking dish. Spread cheese mixture atop chicken breasts. Bake until centers of chicken breasts are no longer pink, about 30 minutes.
