Ingredients
- One onion diced
- Three sticks celery diced
- Maple flavored breakfast sausage or plain breakfast pork sausage (fresh not frozen)
- 4 diced potatoes
- 1 can or more of broth
- thyme
- nutmeg
- 1 can cream of corn
- 1/2 bag frozen corn
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 2 cups milk
Preparation
Step 1
Saute onions and celery in oil and then put aside. Cook sausage in maple syrup half way. Then combine with onions and celery. Next heat your broth and cook your potatoes in the broth. Once potatoes are just about done mix in the vegetables and sausage. Add cream of corn hen add seasons and let flavors combine. Gradually add milk and evaporated milk and frozen corn. Let sit on low setting so flavors combine fully.
