Ingredients
- 1 med onion
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 lb boneless beef tip steak, cut into 1/2 in pieces
- 2 cans (18 oz eac) Progresso vegetable Classics creamy mushroom soup
- 1/2 c water
- 2 1/2 c uncooked wide egg noodles (4oz)
- 1 c sour cream
- 2 T chopped fresh parsley if desired
Preparation
Step 1
In slow cooker, layer onion, garlic and beef. Pour soup and water over beef.
Cover, cook on low for 5-7 hours.
Stir noodles into the mix and cook for 30 min. Add sour cream. Garnish with parsley.
