NO-BAKE BLUEBERRY TARTS

Ingredients

  • ◾Chocolate Ganache:
  • ◾1 (3.9 oz.) pkg. of instant vanilla pudding
  • ◾1 1/2 C. cold milk
  • ◾1 tsp. vanilla
  • ◾12 packaged tart shells
  • ◾48 blueberries
  • ◾12 raspberries
  • ◾2/3 C. heavy whipping cream
  • ◾6 oz. semisweet baking chocolate, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine pudding mix, milk and vanilla. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed for 2 minutes. Pour in tart shells. Top with fruit. For chocolate ganache, heat whipping cream in saucepan until hot. Add chocolate and mix until melted. Remove from heat and let it stand for 10 minutes. Drizzle chocolate ganache over tarts. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving
