Ingredients
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 C. mayo
- 2 T. lemon juice
- 2 C. chicken, cooked and cubed
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/4 C. green onion, chopped
- 1/4 C. sweet red pepper, chopped
- 1 C. shredded monterey jack cheese
- 1 C. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 12 oz. medium egg noodles, cooked & drained
Preparation
Step 1
1. In large bowl, combine soup, mayo, & lemon juice. Add chicken, onion, peppers, 1/2 C. each cheese; mix well. Add noodles and toss to coat.
2. Transfer to greased 2-qt. baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 min.
3. Sprinkle with remaining cheeses. Bake 10 min. longer.
