Chicken Noodle Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 C. mayo
  • 2 T. lemon juice
  • 2 C. chicken, cooked and cubed
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/4 C. green onion, chopped
  • 1/4 C. sweet red pepper, chopped
  • 1 C. shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 1 C. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 12 oz. medium egg noodles, cooked & drained

Preparation

Step 1

1. In large bowl, combine soup, mayo, & lemon juice. Add chicken, onion, peppers, 1/2 C. each cheese; mix well. Add noodles and toss to coat.

2. Transfer to greased 2-qt. baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 min.

3. Sprinkle with remaining cheeses. Bake 10 min. longer.
